Experienced Hires (3- 8 Years)
 
1. Oracle E-Business Suite -Functional Consultants (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Projects) (Jobcode: EBS-OF)
 
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Applications ERP in one or more areas
  • Strong industry and functional expertise with proven abilities in Oracle Application implementations.
  • Professional Qualification like (MBA, CA, ICWA, BE) preferred in the areas of domain expertise.
    Good functional knowledge of the modules and awareness of best business practices with respect to the specialized functional and industry area.
  • Good understanding of Implementation and SDLC methodologies and role of quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
  • 2-4 Full life cycle implementations experience
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interface and manage customers independently
  • Additional qualifications like PMP would be preferable
 
2. Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Consultants (Jobcode: EBS-OT)
 
  • 3- 8 years prior experience in Oracle Applications technical consulting role in
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions experience
  • Experience in Business flows, setups, testing and creation of AIM documents
  • Good understanding of SDLC methodologies and role of quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
  • Experience in Workflows, Alerts and Customizations Techniques
  • Good articulation skills
  • Understanding implicit requirements in functional specifications
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills is a must
  • Ability to interface and manage customers independently
