Raghavender is a founder member of Dakshah and is a Cost Accountant and Techno-Functional Oracle Applications Professional with over 19 years of experience. He has nine years of experience in the Finance domain, leading Finance, Accounts, Costing, Systems and MIS functions.

Raghavender also has close to a decade of experience in IT, primarily in the ERP space. He is an Oracle Certified Financial Applications Consultant. He has been associated with Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, McKinsey & Company and Oracle Consulting in the implementation of many ERP projects in USA. He was with Oracle India, NAIO at Bangalore and Hyderabad as Consulting Technical Manager.

Paresh is a founder member of Dakshah and has over 10 years of IT experience in a variety of roles. He holds an Engineering degree, and has very strong capabilities primarily in Oracle technologies.

Paresh, has during the course of his career, performed various roles in the capacity of a Technical Lead, Lead Architect, Delivery Manager and Practice Manager. During his stint in Intelligroup, as a Manager in the Oracle Practice, he was instrumental in the growth of the practice and was responsible for the conceptualization and execution of offshore delivery model for Intelligroup. At Oracle India, Paresh was a key member of the delivery management team and was involved with some of the key customers like Avago, Sun Microsystems, and GAP.

Paresh’s experience in Oracle technologies spans across the globe with customers in North America, Europe and Asia including India. Paresh has consulted to various industries in the capacity of an Oracle Technology expert and some of the industries include High technology, Manufacturing, Professional services and IT.

Muralidhar is a founder member of Dakshah, with over 16+years of Global / domestic management experience in ERP and business consulting. He has played key role in developing Offshore ERP practice with his earlier organization. He has a Honors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS, Pilani and a Master’s degree in Production Management from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He is also Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Muralidhar was with Oracle as Practice Manager in the Global Services Delivery (GSD) division. He has been associated with GSD since the formative years in Offshore – contributing significantly in multi project delivery and Outsourcing Practice Growth. During his 5years tenure with GSD, there has been more than 3fold growth of the Practice both in terms of employees and revenues.

Prior to Oracle GSD, Muralidhar was with Oracle, USA as with North America Consulting (NAC) division. During 5+years tenure with NAC, he has consulted in Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution and CRM. He has been part of many successful implementations of Oracle ERP applications across variety of industries including Defence, Manufacturing, Moving Services, Retail, Utilities, Security Services, Telecommunications and Steel.

Muralidhar is also associated with Satyam Computer Services and Ferro Alloys Corporation.
